It started with a spreadsheet.

A new parent — overwhelmed, sleep-deprived, and juggling four different apps — opened a Google Sheet and tried to track everything in one place. Feedings in column A. Sleep in column B. Diaper changes in column C. Pediatrician notes in a separate tab.

It was ugly. It was manual. And it worked better than anything else available. That was the moment we knew something was broken.

The Problem We Kept Seeing

Every new parent we talked to had the same experience. They'd download a feeding tracker, a separate baby milestone app, a family calendar, a nutrition app for themselves, and then text their co-parent screenshots of each one.

Five apps. Five logins. Five places to look for information that should live together.

The data was fragmented. The co-parent was always one step behind. And the mental load of managing all of it fell disproportionately on one person.

We thought: what if it all just lived in one place?

Why "Circle"?

The name came from the insight that parenting isn't solo — it's orbital. There's the baby at the center, and everyone else revolves around them. Parents, co-parents, grandparents, nannies, pediatricians — each in their own orbit, each needing different levels of access to the same information.

Our logo is an atom. The baby is the nucleus. The electrons are the people who orbit around them — parent, co-parent, caregiver. Three orbital paths, each at a different angle, because every family's structure looks different. But they're all connected.

We didn't want a logo that looked like every other baby app — pastel, cartoonish, forgettable. We wanted something that said: this is a serious tool for the most important job you'll ever have.

The Design Philosophy

We studied what made parents abandon apps. The answer was almost always the same: too much friction.

If it takes more than 5 seconds to log a feeding at 3am with one hand, you won't do it. If the interface is cluttered with features you don't use, you'll switch to something simpler. If the design makes you feel anxious rather than calm, you'll close the app.

So we built for the 3am test. Every screen, every interaction, every piece of text was evaluated against one question: would a sleep-deprived parent with one free hand be able to use this?

The result is a design language inspired by wellness apps like Calm and Headspace — not baby apps. Sage green instead of pastel pink. White space instead of busy dashboards. DM Sans typography instead of rounded cartoon fonts.

We want you to open MyParentCircle and take a breath. Not feel overwhelmed.

What We Built (and Why)

AI Nutrition Tracking — Because postpartum nutrition is critically important and woefully underserved. Every food you log is matched against the USDA FoodData Central database. We track not just calories, but the specific nutrients that matter during breastfeeding: iron, calcium, DHA, folate, vitamin D.

Baby Milestones & Health — Because your pediatrician shouldn't have to rely on your memory. Track feedings, sleep, diapers, temperature, growth, and developmental milestones in one timeline. Growth data uses WHO percentile curves — the same ones your doctor uses.

Smart Family Calendar — Because "when's the next pediatrician visit?" shouldn't require a group text. Unified calendar with vaccine reminders, appointments, and family events. Syncs with Google and Apple Calendar.

Co-Parent & Caregiver Sharing — Because the second parent shouldn't have to ask "did you feed the baby?" Real-time data sharing with customizable permissions. Co-parents see everything. Caregivers see only what you choose to share.

Circle AI — Because Google at 3am gives you WebMD answers and anxiety. Circle AI answers your parenting questions with guidance that cites NIH, WHO, and CDC sources. Not generic chatbot responses — evidence-based, personalized, available 24/7.

What's Next

We're just getting started. The features we've shipped are the foundation. What comes next is shaped by the parents who use the app every day — their feedback, their frustrations, their ideas.

We believe every family deserves access to the same quality tools and guidance, regardless of income, experience, or family structure. A single mom logging her first feeding deserves the same support as a two-parent household with a night nurse.

That's what we're building toward. One app. Your whole circle. Every moment that matters.

MyParentCircle is built by Streamlined Solutions Inc. and trusted by 50,000+ parents.
