MyParentCircle™ is operated by Streamlined Solutions Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application and related services.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (password or third-party sign-in tokens from Google or Apple).
Baby & Family Data: Information you voluntarily provide about your baby, including name, date of birth, gender, weight, length, feeding logs, sleep logs, diaper changes, milestones, growth measurements, vaccine records (vaccines given, dates, and dose numbers based on the CDC immunization schedule), and pregnancy due dates.
Prescription Data: Medication names, dosages, frequency, and schedules that you enter for your baby's prescriptions. Medication names you type are sent to the NIH RxTerms API for autocomplete suggestions.
Nutrition Data: Meals you log manually, via photo scanning (AI-powered food recognition), or barcode scanning. This includes food names, nutritional values (calories, protein, iron, calcium, folate), and meal types. Food search queries are sent to the USDA FoodData Central API; barcode scans are sent to the Open Food Facts API.
Calendar Data: Events you create, including titles, times, dates, notes, and location information. If you enable device calendar sync, event details (title, time, notes, location) are written to your device's native calendar (Apple Calendar or Google Calendar).
AI Chat Data: Messages you send to Circle AI and the responses generated, stored to maintain your conversation history. Chat conversations are private to your account and are not shared with co-parents or caregivers.
Location Data: When you search for a location while creating a calendar event, your device's GPS coordinates may be used to provide proximity-based search results. Location data is sent to the Photon geocoding service (powered by OpenStreetMap) and is not stored by us.
Usage Data: We track the number of AI messages you send per day to enforce usage limits based on your subscription tier. This count is stored in our database and resets daily.
Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version, and push notification token (used to deliver reminders and alerts to your device) for troubleshooting and improvement purposes.
MyParentCircle™ uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) for food recognition, nutritional analysis, and the Circle AI parenting assistant. When you use these features:
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We implement row-level security policies to ensure only you (and authorized co-parents) can access your data.
Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth with support for email/password, Google Sign-In, and Apple Sign-In. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
If you enable biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID), biometric data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We may share limited data with the following third-party services solely to operate the app:
If you invite a co-parent to your account, they will have access to shared baby data, calendar events, and activity logs. You control their permissions (viewing baby profiles, logging activities, editing calendar events, viewing milestones, and viewing growth data). Either parent can revoke access at any time — the account owner can remove the co-parent, and the co-parent can choose to leave the family circle on their own.
If you invite a caregiver (nanny, grandparent, babysitter), they receive limited access to baby tracking data only. Caregivers cannot access your nutrition data, AI chat history, or full calendar unless you grant specific permissions. Caregiver access requires a Pro subscription. The account owner can revoke caregiver access at any time, and caregivers can also choose to leave on their own.
All shared data is synchronized in real-time between connected family members via Supabase Realtime. AI conversations are always private and never shared. Nutrition data is private by default, but the account owner can enable read-only nutrition sharing with a co-parent via the co-parent permissions toggle. Caregivers never have access to nutrition data.
MyParentCircle™ is designed for parents and guardians, not for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. All baby-related data is entered by the parent or guardian. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will permanently delete all your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
