By creating an account or using MyParentCircle™ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Streamlined Solutions Inc. ("Company", "we", "us").
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and use the App. The App is designed for parents and guardians; it is not intended for use by children.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may authenticate via email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
MyParentCircle™ provides the following features:

Circle AI, nutritional analysis, and all other features are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
Nutritional information provided through AI food scanning or barcode lookup may be approximate and should not be relied upon for medical dietary requirements. Always verify nutritional information and consult with a healthcare professional, especially regarding infant feeding, allergies, and postpartum nutrition.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by the App.
Circle AI and food recognition features use artificial intelligence that may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses. You acknowledge that:
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App (baby information, meals, events, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the App's functionality.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any third party's rights.
MyParentCircle™ offers three subscription tiers: Free, Plus, and Pro. Feature availability varies by tier and is displayed within the App before purchase.
Free Trial: New users may receive a 7-day free trial of the Pro tier. When the trial expires, your account automatically reverts to the Free tier — no charge is made unless you actively subscribe. During the trial and after any downgrade, all data you have entered (baby logs, meals, vaccine records, calendar events, AI conversations, etc.) is preserved in your account. However, access to tier-specific features (such as co-parent sharing, caregiver access, vaccine tracking, and advanced nutrition tools) will be restricted until you subscribe to the appropriate tier.
Subscriptions may be managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of any changes before their next billing cycle.
MyParentCircle™, including its design, code, content, logos, and the Circle AI assistant, is the property of Streamlined Solutions Inc. and is protected by trademark (USPTO Serial No. 99640678), copyright, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.
You agree not to:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREAMLINED SOLUTIONS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Streamlined Solutions Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Subscription Downgrade: If your subscription expires or you downgrade to a lower tier, your data is not deleted. It remains stored in your account and becomes fully accessible again if you re-subscribe. Feature access is restricted to match your current tier.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
